Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Veo Lite handles refunds for paid plans, credits, and other digital purchases.
General policy
Because Veo Lite provides digital services and AI generation resources that may be consumed immediately, purchases are generally final once credits, subscriptions, or paid features have been delivered or used.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
We may consider refund requests for accidental renewals or billing errors when the request is submitted promptly and the subscription has not been materially used after renewal.
Credits and one-time purchases
Credit packages and other one-time digital purchases are generally non-refundable after credits are delivered, consumed, expired, transferred, or associated with generated outputs.
If credits were not delivered due to a technical or billing error, contact support so we can investigate and either restore the credits or issue an appropriate refund.
Failed generations
AI generation may fail due to provider errors, safety checks, unavailable upstream services, invalid inputs, or temporary infrastructure issues. When a failed generation consumes credits incorrectly, we may restore credits or provide another appropriate remedy.
Refunds are not guaranteed for dissatisfaction with creative results, subjective quality, prompt choices, or outputs that require iteration, unless required by applicable law.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact support with:
- The email address associated with your account.
- The order, invoice, subscription, or payment identifier.
- The date and amount of the charge.
- A brief explanation of the issue.
We may ask for additional information to verify the request and prevent fraud.
Abuse and chargebacks
We may deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, inconsistent with this policy, or related to violations of our Terms of Service. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or loss of access to paid features.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase generally applies to that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
